, Thousands of years ago before there were any humans. God existed by himself. He created man out of the dirt to have companionship and friendship with him. He breathed into his lungs breath of life, and the story of man began. (not Evolution) but a Divine Creation. Starting your conversation with God. Adam and Eve were created by God, He placed them in the garden of Eden where they lived in harmony with God each day. (Genesis 2:8) now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden. And there he put the man he had formed. It was a paradise on Earth. Everything seemed great until the serpent entered the garden. (Genesis 3:4-5) you will not certainly die, the serpent said to the woman. For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing Good and evil. When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some of it and ate it. This is when sin entered the human race and contaminated the human family forever with the sinful nature. Every person born into the world is born with a sinful nature. It was this sin (disobedience to God) that drove Adam and Eve out of the garden and out of God's presence, but God had a remed a solution for man's sin problem. He would come to Earth Himself and be born as a human. Taking on the likeness of our own sinful flesh. We all have probably heard about Jesus the baby in the manger, but maybe you never fully understood what that baby was all about. He became a baby so that he could grow up into a man and then take upon his own body our sinful nature. He did so as a human but also as God. He went to the cross and died for our sins. You may have heard about the cross of Jesus but maybe you've never understood that either.? Why did he have to die on a cross what is the cross about? It was a Roman form of persecution -the worst criminals were hung on a cross in Jesus day. Jesus was being tried by the Jews as a blasphemer because he equated himself with God. The real reason however, that he died on the cross was so that he could pay the sin penalty for our sins, so he could be our sacrifice, and by taking our sins on his own body on the cross he can now save us from our sin nature. (1 Peter 2:24) he himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. The solution is the blood of Jesus Christ. The blood that he shed on the cross paid the penalty for Adam's sin (disobedience) which has spread to the whole human race. Think of it like a blood transfusion- Christ’s blood is transfused into our spirit healing us of the disease of sin and giving us eternal life. (1 John 1:9) if we confess our sins he is faithful and just to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The greatest conversation we will ever have is the one in which starts with us confessing to God that we believe in the Lord Jesus Christ his only dear son. (Romans 10:9,10) if you declare with your mouth, Jesus is Lord. And believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and is justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. The remedy is to begin a conversation and simply to talk with God. We started Godtalk to be a place to meet Jesus. If you want to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and be saved today-( from eternity without the love of Jesus in outer darkness forever) simply pray this prayer with me today. Father in heaven I believe that you sent your dear son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for me, and shed his own blood that I might through his blood be saved today I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ died on the cross was buried and rose again, and I believe that he is Lord of my life right now and I accept him and repent of my sins and ask that Jesus Christ would come into my life today amen. Well if you prayed that prayer let us know and we'll be glad to be in touch with you and instruct you further and guide you as much as we can and serving the Lord God bless you.

prayerPrayer and the Spirit
when we come to the place where we realize God does nothing but what he does through Prayer. we will see the mighty revival we have been waiting for. Thursday-3/4/20 Today was a great day of coming before the Lord in prayer. Went to the park and have been having a great time of intercession. I am believing for the Lord to manifest his presence in this ministry and my life. |
